Description

The conveyor equipment and gripper inverter will form a test loop for a filler/capper to transport and empty bottles of water. Full bottles of uncapped water will be received from the discharge of a filler/capper via a flush mount side transfer with chain drift. The conveyor will transport the full bottles to a gripper inverter allowing the product to be emptied in a continuous motion. A stainless steel water pan will be mounted to the gripper inverter allowing the water to be directed to a central drain outlet. The empty bottles will convey to the infeed of the filler/capper and interface with existing equipment via flush mount transfer with chain drift to be refilled. On the opposite side of the filler/capper, two (2) transfers will be parallel in design but with independent frames and chain drifts allowing sections to be moved for future testing of various sizes of equipment.
