Hohberger 30" w x 60" diameter Cooling Wheel with Jacketed feed hopper and peel-off blade. There is a Teflon coating on the wheel surface itself to aid in easing product release. Unit has an internal spray bar setup to cool the outer diameter of the wheel for even cooling of product.
