It is a 3 zone control panel for electric heat tape heaters.

BRAND NEW. was in storage for 10 years.

Complete with controllers, high voltage and amperage relays, 150’( 40 meters ) of thermocouple wire and Thermo pipe sensors( 3). Ready to go.

Low temperature unit. Max 200’F.

It was built and designed for a plant expansion which never happened. Here they were heat tracing chocolate lines to several belt coaters and an enrober from a holding tank. The panel controlled the temperature of the chocolate in the transfer piping.

Less expensive and more flexible than oil or water jacketing of piping. Can also be used to heat trace fat and or syrup lines. making the liquids easily pumped or transferred.

Controllers themselves are worth $500-$700 each. so I would guess the electronics themselves value in at around $4500 USD total. And it is fully wired as you can see to meet high electrical codes. All in a sealed control encloser. More photos anytime.
