Description

Case packer/tray loader, manufactured by Delkor, "Spot-Pak," model number SP-LH-FL, set up to place (12) containers onto corrugated pad in 4x3 pattern, loading arm includes suction cups and is pneumatically operated. Includes corrugated pad feed chute, leading to chain belt conveyor, with 16" x 13" spacing for pads. Chain belts are driven by 1 HP DC motor thru gear box and chain & sprocket assembly, with vari-speed controls. Has provisions for administering temporary bond adhesive (glue) to corrugated pads prior to loading of containers (less glue applicator). Serial number SP-1990. Unitized on all stainless steel frame. Previously used to load yogurt cups. Appears to be in very good condition.
