Comb feeder with centrifugal sorting bowl, elevator-hopper and starwheel indexing system, model COMB FEEDER, capable of speeds up to 110ppm (was running approx 100-105ppm for this application).

Stainless steel elevator hopper with level sensor in bowl, centrifugal bowl to sort combs and have them exit tip upwards, Flexlink conveyor to transport combs to indexing station, rotary starwheel indexing system prior to drop off on downstream machine (example cartoner).

Electrical panel with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI mounted on arm at operator level. 208VAC, 3ph, 60hz, 25A, 80PSI, 1CFM.
