-BULK-OUT® bulk bag discharger
-Designed for loading of bulk bags via cantilevered I-beam with electrically operated 2 ton capacity TEFC hoist & trolley with drop cord and 115 VAC NEMA 4 hand held push button pendant
-Includes hoist style bulk bag lifting frame designed for both bulk bags with a width of 35" and 38" at the bag seam with cross corner loops (48” maximum bag width when the bag is full)
-Designed for 3200 lb capacity bulk bag maximum
-Accommodates bulk bags with a height up to 72” at the bag seam and 8” to 10” long bulk bag lifting loops
-Constructed of structural mild steel, primed and painted
-Mild steel to be painted with “Steel-It” or safety yellow paint
-Hoist and trolley rated for 575 volt, 60 Hz
-Includes frame height extension up to 12”

FLOW-FLEXER® bulk bag agitation device
-Designed to increase bulk bag discharge for difficult, semi to non-free
flowing materials
-Includes safety guards and panels to protect operator
-Constructed of structural mild steel, primed and painted
-Includes 24 VDC NEMA 4 solenoid valve, filter, and regulator with gauge
-Electrical controls includes on/off selector switch and adjustable cycle
timing feature mounted in a NEMA 4 enclosure
-Control panel requires external wiring

-Requires 60-80 psi air supply

TELE-TUBE® telescoping tube bulk bag interface
-Single wall design provides a dust tight, sealed connection to the bulk bag
outlet spout via patented SPOUT-LOCK® clamp ring
-Pneumatically raises and lowers to elongate bulk bag, increasing bag flow
angle for discharging difficult, semi to non-free flowing materials
-Requires 13" diameter or larger x 18" long minimum bulk bag outlet spout
and 9" minimum of free bulk bag outlet spout below tie string for proper
interface
-Mounted to bulk bag discharger frame via mild steel support structure,
primed and painted
-Includes wire reinforced acrylic coated polyester flexible spouting for
connection to inlet port
-Includes pneumatic controls for up/down position
-Includes filter and regulator with gauge
-Pneumatic control enclosure mounted and plumbed to bulk bag
discharger frame
-Requires 60-80 psi air supply
