The Bralyx Fryer 1 Model Cont. Fryer, Serial Number FTX118C00042, is a compact, continuous industrial fryer featuring a 9.75-inch infeed slide and a 10-inch wide by 44-inch long stainless mesh belt for uniform automated cooking. This 220V unit includes a 10-inch wide site glass, a 6.5-inch diameter exhaust tube, and a discharge system consisting of a 20-inch long incline belt and a 12-inch chute, complemented by a 32" x 26" x 8" deep stainless steel filter with media. Never installed in production.
