Description

Used Helical style wash tank with dewatering conveyor. The dewatering conveyor has a head roll drive. Discharge/ dewatering conveyor is roughly 18" wide x 58" long. There are 2 pumps to recirculate the water. There are directional nozzles inside the wash tank. There are 2 spray bars for fresh waster over the dewatering conveyor. Overall 70" high x 166" long. The tank is roughly 98" long. Feed height is roughly 40 inches high. The water reclaim tank is roughly 20" x 20".

The manufacturer states that in 98" of wash length that your product can travel 42 feet as the product swirls from feed to the discharge conveyor.

Water capacity 225 gallons.

Rated capacity on Ice Berg Lettuce is 2500 pounds per hour.
