Quickly and efficiently produce high volumes of hamburgers for your restaurant, meat market, or grocery store using the Patty-O-Matic 330A 75 lb. automatic patty forming machine. This commercial quality machine is fully automatic and forms 1800 - 2100 patties per hour while interleaving paper between the patties for effortless transfer. The standard mold plate size will make 3/4" patties in shapes ranging from square, round, oval, or chop. It can even mold meatballs. Mold plates are easy to change with a convenient arm attachment. It holds up to 1" of paper at a time, approximately 250 sheets, and this can be reloaded without stopping the machine. The machine dispenses the patties into a perfect stack, making transfer quick and easy. Not only will this take the time out of weighing and sizing meat by hand, but its efficiency is cost-effective and can save money.
