DESCRIPTION:
The DYXIM D-PHARMA machine allows control directly on the line through the use of X-rays, meticulously inspects pharmaceutical products, contained in ampoules having relatively small dimensions compared to normal food containers.
It is particularly useful in the case of pharmaceutical products, as it allows accurate inspection with the possible immediate expulsion from the production line through an appropriate rejection system, when the machine detect itself anomalies on the product.

MAIN FEATURES:
The operating principle of the machine is as follows: the inspection unit is located directly on the customer's line, so the products, after being appropriately spaced, pass through the inspection tunnel.
Inside the inspection tunnel, the products are struck individually in rapid sequence by two X-ray beams at 90 ° to each other: the two images obtained thanks to the appropriate location of two sensors are processed by a sophisticated software system, who will recognize each product as "good" or "waste". The products recognized as "good" continue on the customer's line, while the products recognized as "waste" are deposited by a waste system in the appropriate waste area.
