Description

Used DCI 1 gallon 316 stainless steel reactor. Unit internal dimensions are 16in diameter X 3in straight side, then unit cones down to a 6.5in diameter X 9in deep well for the anchor agitator.

Internal rated 14.9/-15 PSI at -20 to 100 degrees F. Jacket rated 70 PSI @ -20 to 100 degrees F.

Top sanitary fittings are 6in center agitator flange, (3) 1/4in, (1) 1 1/4in, (2) 2in and (2) 3in. Also has a 1/2in NPT opening that is connected to a stainless steel diptube. 1in sanitary center bottom drain equipped with ball valve. Clamp dished top, dished bottom. 3/4in NPT jacket connections. S/N 97C55461.

Equipped with stainless steel anchor style agitator powered by Baldor .5HP, 90 volt motor rated for hazardous locations. Mounted on 3 stainless steel legs giving 48in clearance to floor.
