Description

DESCRIPTION:
Semiautomatic pallet wrapping machine with rotating table shaped for loading and unloading with transpallet and safety photocell, button for table rotation and reel up and down buttons. Equipped with a platform on which the pallet is positioned. The rotating of the table allows the stretch film to entirely wrap the products on pallet according to different work programs that can be selected from the control panel.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
Position the pallet using a simple manual pallet truck, hook the film to the pallet base and press the start button. The table starts to rotate, after a few turns press the reel up button and keep it pressed. When the film reel reaches the top of the load, stop the machine or press the reel down button to make the double wrapping. Possibility to use also white film suitable to protect the contents of the pallets from sunrays. The white film is opaque and is also practical for hiding valuable goods during transport. Pallet height detected by photocell. Variable table and film carrier speed. Motors regulated by inverters. Film tensioning with electromagnetic brake. Wrapping height up to 2100 mm detected by photocell. Table stop position controlled by sensor. High and low wraps programmable. Film carrier fall prevention system.
