200 Gallon Cooker/Cooler by Lee Industries.

Features all stainless steel food grade vessel, fully jacketed with 2" inlet and 1.5" outlet (bottom), full scraper agitator with hinged scraper blades and two arm retreating curve secondary agitator which may be positioned in any direction in relation to scraper agitator, bridge mounted agitator with 3 horsepower gear motor by U.S. Motors, 220/440/3 phase/60 cycle voltage, 1200 RPM with 45 RPM CO shaft speed and apx 12 RPM agitator speed (after 4 to 1 Lee gear box), 84" diameter vessel with 7" straight side and 16" total depth with slight cone bottom, 4" center bottom outlet with tri clamp connection and 23" floor clearance, loose fitting covers in two piece on each side of bridge, covers have one 3" port with tri clamp connection, one 1.750 open port and 7" x 4" slot adjacent to bridge, stainless steel bridge has 2" inlet with tri clamp connection and 4" sight glass, vessel is mounted on four 3" painted mild steel pipe legs from threaded connections.

Formerly used in food processing for cooling cooked fruit preserves.
