Operates on steam
Can cook soups, salsa, vegetables and more.
5 inlets in top
1 bottom outlet for discharge
We used it for to cook hummus and chickpeas and beans.
Cook time 70 min - 90 min depends on the size and type of beans or hummus.
Load whole beans with water and after cooking discharge bean slurry consistency.
